Choir
What is it? Choir is a group that gives the opportunity for students to express themselves using their voice and music.
Prior experience? NO! Just a keenness to have a go.
Who is involved?
The ESS Choir is made up of student members from Years 1 -6.
When does it happen?
The choir meets for half an hour every week during their lunch break. Children sing set pieces and self-selected songs. The choir performs on school parade, at school fetes and compete in the Central Highlands Eisteddfod.
Instrumental Music
What is it? Brass, Woodwind and Percussion lessons. The school band also participates in the Central Highlands Eisteddfod and the annual Central Highlands Festival of Bands.
Prior experience? NO! Just a keenness to have a go.
Who is involved? Year 4-6 students.
When does it happen? Every Monday and Wednesday.
